We provide financial statement preparations (audited, reviewed, & compiled CPA reports and no reports), Accounting systems support for QuickBooks Desktop and Online, Xero, FreshBooks, and other programs, asset depreciation, bookkeeping, and Business Advisory Services.

We do not have flat rates. We bill according to the time it takes to complete your work. Each staff member has their own billing rate based on experience and qualifications and complexity of tasks to accomplish. What this means is that your bill typically gets less expensive each year as we learn your business and your unique tax situations allowing you to maximize on our efficiency. We typically invoice business customers near the 1st of each month, while individual’s are invoiced at the time of the tax return filing and payment is requested upon receipt.

You can either bring it by, we would love to see you, or you can email it to the staff member of your choice. Some out-of-town clients mail us copies of their documents as well. Basically, we are flexible and will work with you to make sure that we have the right information to file your return.
